Mijita handbags are made to order and never mass-produced.  There is no inventory, per se, as your bag is made specifically for you.  To order a bag, simply visit our order page, press a few buttons, and we'll start production on  your new bag.*  

We are certain that you will love and cherish your unique handbag, however, if for an unforeseen or unexpected reason you are not completely satisfied with your Mijita handbag, contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options. 

Mijita Handbags are guaranteed to be free from defect upon purchase and all other repairs will be done at the sole discretion of Mijita handbags with economy and circumstance in mind.  Please contact us directly if you have a concern or problem with your handbag.

All bags will be shipped either UPS or FEDEX ground unless arrangements are made otherwise.
